I had a difficult experience with my Immigration case, but things got better and finally resolved after I had Tapia Ruano and Gunn law office representing me. Ms. Tapia Ruano is an extremely knowledgeable and respectable attorney, but besides being a top-notch professional, she is very passionate about helping immigrants, she is a person of a value. I remember, when she first got to know my case, she told me where and how my case would be resolved, and she explained to me the steps I had to go through. All happened just as she said.
I will never forget that I got a student discount on fees for services. Their fees are very reasonable. At Tapia Ruano and Gunn Law office kindness and ethics are highly upheld.
Ms. Tapia-Ruano is not the only professional at this office. At the final stage, my case was handled by Mr. Tristan Gunn. He is a brilliant attorney! Very knowledgeable, diligent and smart. He has a great positive energy too! It was his professionalism that made the difference and I got the decision in my favor.

Mrs Tapia-Ruano and her team are the best professional lawyers we've ever met in Chicago. All we can say is that they have provided for us excellent client service all the time, even though we've communicated mostly via emails. We've been in Europe throughout the entire process but this was not a barrier for them at all.

The team at Tapia-Ruano & Gunn is highly professional and provides excellent client service. Attorney Tristan Gunn handled various matters for me. He put me at ease throughout each process, explaining the steps clearly. He also patiently answered all of my questions.
